Will a 3.5 Hfm off a 95 740i fit my car?I want to upgrade to one because I just bought a Tms chip.

I don't think the one from the 7 will fit your car. If you get a pic of it, if it has a round plug on top, it will work, but if it has a square connector (like I think the hfm from the 7 has) then it won't fit.

I'm pretty sure the HFM has to come from the 5er.

Did you ever get that fuel problem fixed?

Here is a pic of the Hfm.Yeah I got my car fixed yesterday.It was the fuel pump.

Yeah its round so I think it will work.I might do the injectors if I have the extra cash.
