Alright so I have a small crack on the drivers side bumper however what's bothering me is the brake duct itself has come loose due to the lower connecting piece being loose. The best I can describe the piece is it's completely black and connects up to the bumper on into the plastic piece that also connects to the back of the brake duct. I can't find either the brake duct or the connection pieces parts number so I can order new ones.
I will post pictures saturday to help... also I looked through RealOEM but couldn't seem to find it.
EDIT:Found the brake duct but will post pictures of the supporting piece tomorrow as the support piece on RealOEM doesn't really seem like the same support piece I am looking at.

Just got done fixing mine. The problem was that the undertray(big plastic piece under the radiator) came loose which made the pork chops(outer undertrays) sag which made the brake ducts come loose. After I tightened everything up the brake ducts are tight and snug.

That whole area is a cluster... When I have some extra cash laying around I plan on doing the motion motorsport underpanel to be done with it. It is annoying having to realign all the plastic bits...

I kinda of think you need to replace everything if you want it to stop falling apart down there.
I got the SSI underpanel from Bimmerworld and it seems to be a good solution. Everything is extremely tight down there now.
The brake duct plugs into the fender liner, so you will want to replace that, too. With an aftermarket underpanel, you don't need the porkchops any more. You also don't need the BMW underpanel. I would recommend getting new fender liners and an aftermarket underpanel and calling it a day.
Just poke around on www.pelicanparts.com and you'll find all the part numbers for everything you need if you decide to replace with stock parts.

was going through realoem found the stock replacement part numbers minus the underpanel but could some one link me to a good aftermarket underpanel? Also noticed that the porkchops and underpanel were a bit damaged would I need to replace either of these if I went with the aftermarket piece?
