WTB: 17" wheel / tire set NJ area

Looking for a 17" wheel / tire setup. (May consider 18").

Has to be in the NJ Area - do not want to pay 150+ in shipping charges.

Decent tread (at least 10,000 miles left)

Max cost ~ 550 - 600.
