im runnning a stock compression s52 and have always run the factory bosch fgr8kqe (super coppers) and have always worked flawlessly for me, making good power.
my question is- is there a better plug for a NA m3?
i dont mind swapping every 15k miles.

recharging your brake light fluid gives you more power gains than using different plugs. With that said, I use BRK something or others iridiums. Car starts, runs, and stops as I would expect it to.

Seriously though, the "power gains" between any two new plugs will be negligible. There are a lot of threads on here when someone has the stock plugs, then replaces them with some over-priced set and claim to have a whole better experience. Well oF COURSE it's going to be better than 10 year-old rusting out, broken lead, bent old plugs! Just get a new set and put them in-- you'll be happy with the newer parts, and you may even experience some psychological gains.

There's a group buy for some in the regular e36 forum. I sell performance brake light fluid for $40/litre-lb. Basically I'm selling for a loss, but it's worth it for you guys.

I go for the OEM stuff anyways... don't touch the high performance stuff too often. :cool

Well, there are 3.8L in a gallon, and a gallon of water is approx 8lbs, so 1L is approx 2.1lbs. But we're talking about litre-lbs, not litres/lbs. A litre-lb is a measure of the viscosity of a light in particle-wave theory. The denser the wave of each light particle (or "photon" to the sci-fi guys) increases as the luminocity of the cromatic abberation approches infinity. It's like how fireflys fly, you know, with them not having wings and flying by using that glowing butt of theirs.
