Front and Rear End Alignment on 330i E90 2006

How often shoud I do a frt/rear end alignment on my 28Kmiles 2006 330i? If I have no issues whatsoever with tire wear must I do this on a "regular" basis? Is Laser alignment the best option and how much should I expect to pay? TY

My delear told me they recommend once a year, but I am taking it tomorrow for the 2nd time since March due to the bad potholes we have here. It is not off by much but I'd rather pay the 120$ than risk taking half the life of my expensive tires. If your car tracks properly and doesn't pull to either side and the steering wheel is perfectly centered, then I would do it once every 1 or 2 years depending on your road conditions and driving habits.
P.S. Always do a 4 wheel alignment on BMWs.
