is this line on my front rotor normal?

hi.. today I found this weird(to me) line on my front right rotor, Is it bad? does it mean anything?

I've got 1500 miles on these rotors(brand new rotors and pads)

No groove no worries. Take the pads off to make sure there's no dirt or debris between the pads or rotors. If you want, take a medium grit sandpaper and give the pads a few stokes to rough them up a hair and clean anything off of them that may be on there.

I guess it's just normal... I think my brake pads could be the issue because I wash the car every weekend with a LOT of water and a pressure hose and the rotors always look rusty after the wash.. maybe the pads are filled with that rust.. I'll have to take a look soon

and rotors don't seem to be warped
