Wierd noise on left to right lane change at 80+

Sometimes when I change from the left lane to right lane at about 80 or 85 + MPH in my 98 328i, my steering wheel rattles, almost like either a wheel is off or maybe a done control arm, I really have no idea, just figure it shouldn't happen, any ideas?

had the same problem w/ mine when purchased. turned out to be bad outer ball joints. i recomend you get her fixed quick less you like three wheelin on the freeway. i did mine myself but it was a real pita next time itll got to the shop.

yea mine does the same thing, it's pobably the outer control arm ball joint. For some reason the stock ones are floating ball joints, the replacements should be solid not floating.
