Obc Language Change???

I've had my OBC disconnected the whole time without me knowing but i finally got it all hooked up and the thing is in german can anyone help me step by step as to how i'm suppose to change the language to english???

I believe the German country code is '0' and the US is '1'.

I used the same thread to set mine to German from English. Oh the irony.
