Hi, I think my AC drain tube is clogged because I can't see water on the floor when I park and it smells like humidity(and I've just changed the microfilter).. anyone know where or how can I find the drain tube outlet on the undercarriage?... pics would be helpful

and.. yes.. I've searched but it looks like nobody ever found the damn thing:rolleyes

I've stopped using the AC for now.. because we've got like 90% humidity... and there must be a place in my car where all that water is going:eyecrazy(no wet floors.. I've checked)

The only time I see water drain (from the AC) is when I use my floor jack to raise the driver's side at the front jack point for an oil change. Otherwise it never drains when I park. I don't have a water problem so the water must be draining at some point while I'm driving around.

It comes out in the tranny area but I've never tried to find the exact location of the drain hose.

can anyone help with this one? I took it to a simple lube, total car care place to blow out the drain hose (I think mine is clogged) because I'm at school and don't have access to a good jack and stands, but they couldn't find it.

I think it's actually on the driver's side. From underneath the car, look up between the body and the transmission; you'll see a small ovular tube sticking out. You can also get to it from the top side by removing the OBC and the tray... It just pulls out of the HVAC box.

Any ambient dewpoint of 55-60 F should cause some drippage.

I actually had a shop look at it, for us who regret having an automatic can't just find the end of the hose. Apparently the end of the hose is above the transmission and you can't get to it due to it being larger than the manual counter part. I didn't have time to leave it with them to dig around from the top side so I'm still hunting.
