WHne i use it it comes up with little black spots....but the paint doesnt look much different. I usual yhave these spots by the sideskirt....but when i "nead" the clay the dirt in the clay doesnt go away, so how do you guys clay the whole car without rubbing the dirt you pick up over the paint again?

When I knead the clay, I fold it over on itself enough times to expose a fresh surface. The way I do it is kind of hard to describe. I roll it into a rope, double it, twist it, roll it back into a ball, and repeat until the surface is clean. I do this before starting a new ~2'x2' section.
If you pick up any bits of grit, pluck them out of the clay before continuing. And if you drop the clay on the ground, discard it and start with a fresh piece.
