Nose panels

i was wondering if a 96 328 can use 99 3 series kidney grills? i have a damaged nose panel right now so i cant swap them out, i have both kinds and frankly i like the newer ones better. so i'm going to be buying a new nose panel anyway, shud i get the 99 nose panel, or just stick it out with the 96 grills?

if you replace the nose panel, the grills are different, I'm sure you know.

it's a direct bolt up.

ya i with the newer nose panel i wil be able to use the 99 grills, so am i right in assuming that the 99 nosepanel is a direct match up with the rest of the E36 chassis? so thats a direct bolt up?

Alll e36 nose panels are interchangeable.

Thats an e46 with the kidneys in the hood.

personally i think it would stupid too. i got an e36 for a reason, if i wanted an e46 i would have bought one.

Just so everyone knows i know this. As i said if you want an E46 then buy one. It's just i was wanting to know cause iv seen a few i thought this was done but wasnt sure.

I had the newer grills on my 92 and they looked fine IMO. Just do your thing and disregard peoples opinions and idiotic comments. Its not about wanting an E46 (ignorant comment) its about giving your car a face lift. Haters will always hate :)
