The error descriptions that CarCode are very short.
The DME errors can be looked at the bottom of this page: http://my330i.com/odb2.php

As far as I know, getting a better description of the errors codes or a procedure on what to check don't exist. I hope someone can prove me wrong.

I got an Error when Carsoft was reading the HKL during the total diagnostic.

I wanted to run a single diagnosis but my Carsoft doesn't have a single diagnosis for HKL. I looked into the glossary and HKL = Air Conditioning, so I ran a single diagnosis for "Airco" and it said that there was no error.

Can someone help? This is on my E36 by the way...

Airco is the actual compressor. If you run a live scan with the aircon on, you will see the airco status change when the compressor cuts in and out. If the compressor is good and the aircon is cold I wouldn't worry, it could just be the microfilter needs changing.

aaahhh... but my aircon isnt really that cold, and takes forever to kick in.

Try replacing the microfilter first - others have reported a miraculous improvement in their aircon performance after a choked filter has been replaced.
