Dual sunroof help

I didn't disconnect my battery for the winter in the touring and it was dead when I took it out of storage. Charged the battery up and all is good except that the dual sunroof doesn't work. It's not the fuse, does it need to be reset? I don't have the owners manual before anyone chimes in.

Push up (like towards the sky) on the button for about 10 seconds. You'll hear the front and rear motors cycle and sync back up. Then you should be good to go

first time i disco'd the battery (and had left the sunroof open to boot) I freaked out for about 60 seconds... until I remembered to resync.
