You should remove the metal panel in the glove box if haven't done so. That would reduce a lot of rattling and prevent you from having a sagging door as long as it isn't sagging yet.

The sag fix should carry the weight of the panel. The panel is a metal plate in the glove box door, and is designed as part of the frontal crash protection system to saves knees and legs.

I'd love a write-up about that, it is not sagging yet. I'll go and take it apart right now and try doing it myself.

ONLY if the occupant is not wearing their seatbelt.

How do you remove the metal plate? Do you need to remove the glove box?

Get a stubby phillips head screw driver. open the glovebox, remove the latch and the 4 or 6 phillips screws on the inside of the left and right sides of the glovebox, remove the outer cover, then remove the big metal weight (4 screws).

You don't need to remove the glovebox to get the metal plate out. As mentioned, the front most screws are a little hard to get to.

    glove box

I wished l had known about removing the metal plate before I did the glove box kit where the glove box had to be removed.... what a PITA. Removing the metal plate has resolved all rattles from the glove box.

I tried and got frustrated by trying to remove the two back screws, any tips and tools I should use?

I just used a little ratcheting offset screwdriver to get to the two back screws.
