I originally owned a 99 Montreal Blue over Beige Z3 Coupe. I was never much of a fan of either color, and would have traded it for almost any other color of Z3 Coupe. I sold that after buying a 99 Arctic Silver over Gray/Black M Coupe. Silver wasn't bad at all, and I really liked the Gray/Black interior, but I really wanted an S54, namely Laguna Seca Blue. I really lucked out and bought my current LSB M Coupe and sold the Arctic Silver M Coupe. I wouldn't trade my LSB for any other color, but would gladly trade the all black interior for Gray/Black, or better yet Walnut Extended Leather from a Z3 Coupe.
So that's my 2¢...
What color combo of Z3/M Roadster or Coupe would you trade yours for? Let's keep it limited to production colors, nothing "individual", but any exterior/interior combo is fair game. For the sake of this thread, let's assume everything else would be the same (mods, mileage, condition, etc).
Steel Grey / Imola Red.
At a heartbeat.
Impala brown with matching interior.
2001 Z3 3.0i -Oxford Green/Sandbeige
2005 M3 Convertible -Silver Grey/Black
2022 740i -Tanzanite Blue/Cognac
2022 i4 eDrive40 -Portimao Blue/Black
2022 i4 eDrive40 -Dravit Grey/Cognac
I wouldn't.![]()
01 M S54 Estoril Coupe (Fun)16 Mini Clubman S(Daily)03 325i (Wifes Car)Your never further away from oblivion than a distracted soccer mom in a SUV.
Estoril or Imola
Laguna Seca Blue.
LSB in a flash. Plus I always like white with tan interior.

Stuff. I got stuff.
My Dakar Yellow w/black for an Evergreen w/black and evergreen interior.
Odd huh.
Jay
I think I have a good selection of colors...
As long as the interior is Estoril.
I passed up a PY Coupe for the SG.
White is Right, Steel Grey is OK, but Estoril is the only color that truly matters.
I like Coupes.
I never have, and probably never will like LSB. Something about it is just not to be trusted. lol.
Estoril however, I could paint a bunch of things that color.
No trades for me - like mine just the way it is.
2002 M Coupe (built 2-2-2)
Walnut extended leather.

If it was the same condition car, I would trade for a black over imola or steel gray over imola.
Honestly though, the only color combo I have considered selling my car for is Evergreen/Evergreen. I tried to sell it to buy the Evergreen M Coupe that was on the buyers guide, but it sold very quickly. I love that color combo
Why trade?, Maaco is everywhere!
Steel Gray over Black/Gray.
Cosmos Black Metallic over Kyalami orange + black. Realistically though, I'd go Steel Grey over Imola. Love that combo.

I wouldn't trade my Estoril for any color, I would however trade for a gray/black interior.
I'm also a big fan of Cosmos on Kyalami. Black Z3's just do something for me.

I wouldn't trade the roadster but I will have an LSB/LSB s54 coupe at some point.
Wouldn't trade for anything else.
Evergreen, Phoenix, LSB. In that Order.
And you know what, this will be crazy... but Oxford green has really grown on me. It's nowhere near as blue (and ugly) as boston.
This....Steel Gray barely beats out Estoril in my book. However it's not available in an S52 M.....
Looking at the other posts I can't believe there isn't anybody looking for a Sundown Metallic Roadster:

The things I would do for PY over Kiwi...

It's an individual color, but Mora is one of my favorites...the full individual edition with lotus white interior. I like the interior so much I copied it for my car.

I'm also one of the few that seems to like Fiji.

And last is Atlantis. Best with the matching extended leather interior, of course.
