What do you think about possibly signing all/most of your posts with your first name? That should lead to addressing each other by name. I think this might help ease tensions and build a tighter community.

I think this is a great idea, Terry. I found that I can put my name in the section of additional information and it is always at the top. Maybe that will catch on too.
