    Talking Z3 - RDSport + Style 5s = CLASSIC

    It's done......

    BBS RC 090 Style 5s on a Z3.

RDSport Springs dropped 1.5inch on all 4s.

Overall, it gave the Z the timeless/classic roadster appeal.

    do they look like it??...lol.

if i drop it further - the front tires would actually flush perfectly....besides, all cars have the front wheel stick out a bit from factory specs.

They look GREAT!!! Good job. What offsets, wheel dimensions, tire sizes are you running to make them fit that well?

^et20s on all 4s....standard e39 RC090....Yes, there is no need for the "Uber-rare" et41s; i wouldn't want to lose the priceless extra front lip depth

Front tires are 205/45/17.*- minimal stretch as shown on the pic.

*Keep in mind that tire specs are quite relative depending on the tire brand; some tires are more rounded as opposed to squared.

What size rim width's and rear tyre size?, I didn't think that lower ET would go on the rear!, looks great though

Sorry, just noticed it's a narrow body 1.9 so disreguard the above.......

et20s would flush with the right tire size....think of it as freebie spacers.

im actually contemplating on switching to coilovers.

tires are staggered, didn't want to go skinny on all corners...

Only way you're going to get 8 inch wide et20 wheels flush up front is with stretching tires or a good amount of camber

Looks awsome! Very nice setup. It pokes a little, but that amount is fine, and you did good getting the narrower tire. Looks tit's man.

Did you do any sort of camber correction? or just simply installed springs only?

    springs only...possible coilover switch later.

if you are contemplating on increasing negative camber; a set of inexpensive strut shims will do the trick-washer method; if you can't swap top hats (1.9).

I dunno if I missed it... but what size tires are on the rear?

I'm assuming you're not running any spacers right? ( in rear).

Love that setup... and the taller tire in the rear for the slight rake. Very nice.

Have you tried changing the outter door handles to white to match the body?

    Nice and clean!

PS: why would you want to move to Texas from SoCal? It's awesome out there!

    thanks.

i actually like the black door handles, i also changed out the door handle seals to fresh ones since the original handle seals are already cracking.
