No luck with the camera?

Your current situation is not your final destination
I tried it but came to a halt. I have power to my camera, and the module, but when I hit the switch all I get is a white screen, and then when I shift to reverse I get a slow transition to a white screen (video of me shifting into reverse).
and again here is the wiring diagram I have come up with...

Not sure what i', doing wrong but any advice will be greatly appreciated.

Finished changing everything to suede! lots of work but definitely worth it. Also added 750 lower B-pillars, and C-pillar lights, and seat backs.
Took about 15 hrs this weekend, did all of the upholstering myself, and it got tricky. Those grab handle areas were a major pain to try and keep wrinkle free.
anyways here it is! from start to finish.

Now to find some wooden grab handles and dye those door seals black!

To comment on your comment yesterday I was finishing up my suede interior swap and was able to feel an ever so slight click/clunk/clank on the steering wheel when moving into my garage. I will have to investigate this further when I get a chance. But solid advice. ever since you mentioned this I have been keeping an "ear" open for anything related to steering and noise. THANKS!! i'll let you know what comes of it.

The black crud underneath was from leaking/sweating power steering or transmission lines =)

After much fiddling, knob turning connection checking I finally sent the NavTv module back to NavTv so they could test it.....it tested bad....and they have sent me a new one. May arrive before this weekend.
I also picked up some black dye to finish off the door seals

i'm at work for another hour or so but I remembered I have an old projector at home ill use to check later. will be sure to update when done. If this camera doesn't work i'm gonna flip.
----------UPDATED-----------
Projector could not identify the camera input! I verified power to the camera, and verified some minor output from the RCA. I'm really unhappy now. gonna try to pull everything out this week and return it all. (I may wait till the NavTool arrives and try this camera with just because)
I have to go work offshore for the next 5-6 days so the NavTool will be waiting for me when I return....NOT ENOUGH TIME IN THE DAY!

Last night I went ahead and put new wipers on, and while doing so I thought I would tackle the "Stealth wiper" mod. pretty simple:
1: open hood
2: remove plastic covers from wiper arm
3: using 13mm (iirc) socket to remove retainer nuts
4: while appling pressure from beneath the wiper arm, give the stud a good whack with a hammer, arm pops straight up.
5: reposition the arms however you would like and make sure they are are able to fall back in place on the stud. (grooves on the stud will line up with grooves in the arm)
6: test fit with the hood closed to make sure nothing is pinched
7: torque retaining nuts, and replace plastic covers.
Before: (not my car, but wipers are same)

Tucked in nicely. and here is the change in how much they cover (red = before, blue = after)

pulled a door seal out to dye the top half back in order to match my black suede...
the first one came out pretty nice after two coats and painters tape to keep the line clean. Going to finish the other two tomorrow or Monday.
IMG_1648.jpgIMG_1643 (1).jpgIMG_1652.jpg
its a little light at first however it did darken up a tad after a day or two. after I finish the other two I may grab another jar of dye and hit them all once more for good measure. Overall I'm happy!

Dville's monsoon speaker upgrade arrived the other day, so naturally I stopped everything and did the swap.
Upon picking up the package I noticed there was something clunking around in there.....hmmmmm. I had to unseal one of the speakers to inspect this clunk.
One of the magnets had become loose and was free floating inside the speaker deck. THIS WAS NO FAULT OF DVILLE! As these speakers are not brand new, and have more than likely seen some heavy use, this event could not be entirely excluded. I also appears that the magnet struck the plug and cause the soldered connection to break.
monsoon 1.JPG
Secondly, while testing the new speakers, one has a very notable chatter. Upon inspection it appears that during the shipping period the zip-tie has shifted in between the magnet and the basket causing it to become cockeyed and rub against the coil. (see picture below showing obvious gap difference) again THIS IS NO FAULT OF DVILLE!!
(in this picture I had removed the zip tie from being wedged in efforts of re-positioning the magnet.....no luck....)
monsoon 2.JPG
Now, being the gentlemen that Dville is, he is sending me two "new" Monsoon speakers tonight. In turn I will be sending him these two along with my stock speaker deck.
I say again, the issues with the speakers are of no fault of Dville, judging by the events/causes of the issues, and the fact that he tests each speaker before installation, I believe UPS dropped the package which caused the magnet to come loose, and the zip-tie to wedge.
Dville, thank you for looking out, and I will be happy to recommend you to anyone looking for a audio upgrade.
I will add that even though only two of the monsoons are functioning, I still have more bass than the stock system!! excited to hear it when the new speakers arrive! and here is why....stock speakers are shot!

That's really kind of him to take speakers in that were damaged during shipment.
Let us know how the monsoons sound when you have them in!
Yes. I just made two more, tested them both and padded and boxed them up.
I just put the UPS label on the new speakers.
Sorry about the inconvenience.
I test fit them in a front door enclosure.

Any modification needed for the door enclosures?
Yes. I used a jigsaw to make the hole slightly bigger
