    in need of two wiring diagrams please

    I need an engine wiring diagram for both a 1990 535 (m30) and a 1993 525 (m50). If someone has one and could get to to me anyway possible -email is twfritz@hotmail.com ,pm ,or post -or could direct me to find one I would greatly appreciate it! ...I'm in the middle of a project and found myself not exactly prepared...

    I'm really trying to figure out what wires are what going into the engine harness plug next to the diagnostic port on both cars inorder to splice them together

    here is the link and photo for the 93 525i the handwritten numbers are for a 85 euro m88 so I don't think you want to use those. it's a line by line thing. currently swapping over an 88 e32 M30 harness to a 85 e28. the X20 plug is smaller than the large e34's is. worst case on the reset wire for the both can be left alone.
    D100 white and green pin 7 on the 1990 M30
    and the 93 diagnostic look pretty damn clost to the same after looking at both of them in ETK I think the wire colors are a little different but the pins match and the description of their function. http://i193.photobucket.com/albums/z...ei/1993m50.jpg

    if you can catch a couple e34's before they get crushed you can cut off the harness plugs and not have to hack into yours.

    yeah thats what I thought initially but in the urge to get this thing running I already hacked off the 525's plug. Now I just need to figure it all out and get it spliced onto the 535's harnes... phew makes me nervous just thinking about it lol
