Got a quick shot last night as I grabbed a late dinner. Got an M3 front bumper that needs to be painted and can be thrown on to replace the cracked stock piece. Need to handle a few other little maintenance things as well. Still loving this car after a year of ownership. I'm usually pretty ADD with my daily drivers, but don't have any plans to replace this one.

to everyone with a hardtop, do you have to tweak it to make it fit and seal correctly? mine is creaky, noisy and leaks from the windows...any help would be appreciated
I had issues with knocking noises and wind noise when I first got my hardtop. There are factory specifications for the distance the roof should ideally be from each of the contact points - I'll see if I can find it and either post it up or send you a message later.
Anyway - as I'm sure you are aware, the rear of the hardtop can be raised or lowered by unlocking the nut and adjusting the thread.
The front is also adjustable - this can move the front locks closer to the hardtop body, which can result in a tighter fit into the roof latches around the windshield.
A tighter fit will go some way to alleviating the water leaks, but it is always suggested that the rubber seals are lubricated before you actually fit the hardtop - thank keeps the seals in good condition and actually makes a better barrier agains the outside elements.
In terms of noise, the front locks, and the latches are often a source of the banging noise you may be experiencing. I tried replacing the rubber pads in the windshield latches - still had noise. I wrapped the locks with layers of tape (to prevent metal on metal) - still had noise. Finally, I replaced the windshield latches - the noise was gone. The rollers in the latches wear, and the fact that they allow movement is the primary source of noise from the front.
The creaking noise is something that you will not cure 100%, but when the roof alignment is properly adjusted and the 4 connection points have the correct amount of tension holding the roof in place, most of the noise will disappear.
And since this is a pic thread, here's mine

My 97 328i convertible needs a little work but the body is in mint condition and no a spot of rust. Let's see fix the top operation, fix the trunk latch, replace the driver's door handle, replace the lock actuator, replace the AC condenser and fan, reupholster the inside and a paint job. Not bad for 20 years.
Its the cool/dry season in Thailand now - perfect weather to take the hardtop off....
Perfect stance. Very nice.

So beautiful !!! Love it. Just starting working on my... Is this Montreal Blue?
This is my 1997 328i Convertible Moreagrun. It has 125,000 miles and an automatic. Pretty decent condition, interior is 6/10 and exterior is 8/10. This is the car the same day i got it, but since then i have waxed and clay bared the car. Will try to post more pics later.
Nice! I really like Morea Green. Has a classy look and cleans up real well.
Great looking bimmers posted by all.
My weekend toy contribution is a '99 M3 5spd with a shamefully low 51k miles. Named Margot by my wife after the neighbor in National Lampoons Christmas Vacation. Picked her up last August after getting rid of my '76 Bronco. Cleaning up some minor cosmetics and enjoying the top down driving. Have some OEM Contours being shipped this week that I can't wait to get mounted.

Elsxhlotty - that's a beauty.
Update: picked up used 19" CSL/ZHP wheels (two sets of front wheels I believe). They barely fit under the front struts base but 235/35 profile saved the day.
No spacers no suspension. Two finger gap in front (going to add HR sports there) and nice tuck in the back. Love the look and feel of low profile tire after coming off 205/60/15
