AWESOME. What are the details on the car and setup??

I can only imagine how much hp is hiding in those manifolds!

Seriously man, what a tease that was! Show us the setup, take some nice pictures. That is as rare as it gets in my book, can anyone top this?

I made 444 RWHP and 524 RWTQ at ~7.5 psi. There is a video I could link to if anyone is interested.

Ultimate goal is 12psi and hope to capture those dyno numbers when it happens.

    Another tease pic below. :-)

I think the 850i was still using the M70, yes?

    If so:

    295 HP
    332 TQ

That's at the flywheel... those are stock numbers... so that's a DAMN good jump..

I love it.. more pics, vids, everything. I wanted to build the EXACT same thing, actually.. lol

There's an 850CSi running around Toledo with a Dinan twin turbo setup; license plate is 525HP...

Maybe tonight (when I get home) I can find some pictures of it.

Why is it so low for a V12? What is the displacement? Are the bores and strokes really low? Cause when I think of a TT anything over an 8-cyl I think of Vipers and Ford GT numbers at 7.5psi.
Where have I been? Astral projecting.

Never would have thought there was space for TT in that engine bay...

Also, I'm guessing the reason it was down has something to do with the old manifolds he was using.

    75mm Stroke 84mm Bore 5.0L
    8.8:1 Compression

They made a 5.6L version (S70B56) that made 375/405 N/A, but that was several years later.

Nice compression! Don't even have to change anything with the engine to boost it big! Very nice!

Congrats for getting her back on the road. Waw! What a unique and fun bimmer!
