They look like they weigh about the right amount. Still hopeful
I wanted to take a minute and clear up a few things about this whole mess.
1. I haven't disappeared. When my Mod status was removed, I was unable to log onto BF.C. That led to my belief that I had not only been removed as a Mod, but also Banned. It was only with the help of Sac M3 and Bimmer 95 that the problem was fixxed. I'm a computer dummy, so if you have questions as to what the problem was, ask them.
2. The shirts have been done for months. The plain and simple truth of the matter is that I couldn't afford to pay for them. You might say, "where did the TbR money go?" Good question. To be quite honest, TbR was a failure from the beginning and should have been cancelled because we never reached even 100 members. For every $30 that was sent in, I had to spend $35. This is before I ever got into the race car. In effect, I set $5 on fire each time a new member joined TbR. So, take the +/-$2500 that was sent in, try to buy shirts, the failed order of shirts still cost over $300, the graphics on the car were big bucks, the member name board was over $100 alone, the tapes for the embroidery were another $200, and finally the shirts were $15 each. When the program was first started we just asked for a donation of $20, but it kind of took on a life of its own and we started along this shirt road. Das and I were not kidding for a minute when we said that 200 members were needed to make this a success. As it stands, over $10,000 was spent to go racing. That should let you know where the money went so fast. Again, the shirts have been made for months. The shirt maker even offered to send them to me on a 30 dys payable, but there was no way I had the money to pay them. I finally took 1500 out of our wedding budget and got it paid. Thus, you will be getting shirts very soon.
3. If anyone has IM'd or emailed me directly, they have gotten a quik response. I have explained the financial situation to anyone that has asked. If you wish to IM me, that address is BL5194. If you wish to email me, that address is BL5194@aol.com. If you don't get a response from me, chances are, I never received your email.
4. As much as I'd like to, I haven't had much spare time to spend online. Between Sept 1 and the time I get married on Nov 23, I will have spent 3-4 days of each week on the road (I'll be in Tampa during the week of my wedding), had a 3rd degree seperated shoulder that looks to need surgery this winter, had an aunt die of cancer, and planned a wedding on our own. It's a lot to tackle. Yes, I have found an afternoon here and thereto blow off some steam. One of thse precious hours of free time led to a major financial hurdle, as I let my health insurance lapse for a quarter before I get on Jen's plan. Oops. All I can say, is don't fall off your dirtbike without insurance.....
Finally, I do want to thank you all for your patience. It has been a long summer for all of us and it is finally drawing to a close. Shirts will be shipped and TbR will fade into our memories. I'm deeply sorry that many of you felt cheated. I truely am. Never in my wildest dreams would I try to purposely cheat anyone, let alone a group of people I called friends. However, I'm really disappointed at a few people who weren't even a part of this, continuing to throw fuel on the fire. AllI have to offer to them is this, people who live in glass houses shouldn't throw stones.
Thank you all, and I am sorry.
Brian Leib
Brian,
Thanks for the update and history on this. I'm sorry things did not go as well as planned but such is life. Congratulations on your upcoming wedding and best wishes to you and your fiancee.

Thanks for the post Brian. I hope we all can just let this fade into the past.

Thanks, Brian!
Thanks Brian. That's all I wanted was an explanation and apology. Sounds good.
Hey man, if anyone understands racing from a time and money perspective, its me. (Got $100K laying around that you can let me borrow for next year? ). When you weren't posting, it seemed to most of us that you knew you had screwed up and refused to face up and admit it. Based on the information everyone had, no one can be blaimed for being critical.
If the shirts are coming, its all good with me. Hope to run into at the track one of these days.
Welcome back Brian. Glad to have you back
Thanks for being a stand-up guy, Brian. :

I wanted to let everyone know that shirts have arrived. Bimmer95 has the boxes and product will ship ASAP. Do NOT bother Bimmer95 about shipping dates. You'll have shirts before you know it.
If you ordered more than 1 shirt, you will receive more than one shirt. No one will be short changed.
There were some very big mistakes made on my part in this. I have told you all of the financial issues. TbR is a company that I own, but no TbR funds, nor racing funds were spent to set it up. It was very easy to do when I incorporated BrianLeib.com and related interests for tax purposes.
I'm sorry that I wasn't able to come through sooner for everyone. But, we managed to come through.
Mods, please merge this thread and the "tracking" thread for easier access to the pics. For now, I'll link to them.

Who ever the hell started this thread by manipulating my posts, can you at least fix the spelling in the thread title so it does not read, "T-Shirst have arrived". I don't appreciate being made to look like an idiot :
