I just got a set of Michelin Pilot Super Sports for a little over $500 at discount tire after rebates. They are trying to get rid of them for the new MP4's. If anyone is looking.

Apparently the PSS are going to be a little more affordable with the new PS4S tire coming out
98 M3 sedan
I though PS4 won't be out in 17 and 18s until 2018?
What sizes did you get?
I got the stock sizes 245 rear & 225 front.
they told me they weren't being manufactured anymore.

I put a square set of Pilot Super Sports in 245/40 on my 99 M3 last January, great tire. Paid $680, so the 'little over $500' is quite the price.
A couple months later, a set went on my 04 M3. 275/35-18 all around. Great in the wet and the tires seem to be wearing well.

I just got some several days before Christmas after my old ones died to a metal plate on the camber wear.
You can get them special order at Costco, it was about $160 for rears and $130 for fronts if they aren't in stock immediately.
Where'd you find them for ~$500? I just did the math and added them to my car, they're still $600 for a staggered set, even after rebates.

I'm aware of the site, they're still near $600 after you remove the $50 rebate. I'm not sure I'd call $595 "a little more than $500".

Gotcha... lets hear from the OP.
Who's got a Discount Tire credit card?

The ebay DTD site is cheaper than the website. Search Michelin pss in your size on ebay.
I paid $640 at the store and used my discount tire credit card for a $50 rebate, there is also a $70 rebate from Michelin. $640-$50-$70=$520..... a little over $500.

Just bought some! After the mail-in rebates it'll be $515! I'm buying valve stems from Amazon for $5 instead of buying the $15 ones from DiscountTire.
You guys are lucky. Cheapest I've found in Canada is around $1100 and that doesn't include install which runs 15-$25 per wheel.

Discounttiredirect.com (where I just bought mine) ships to Canada for free: http://www.discounttiredirect.com/di...nfoShipping.do
But still at say 5-600usd and a $200 usd import tariff. You still about $800usd which is $1050 cad on ex.com, but the banks don't give you that rate so more realistically 1200-1300 cad by then time they land on your door step.
Even after $100 mail in rebate it's still ridiculous. BMW parts and or tires in Canada we get raped hard.
Also I guarantee when ups drops them off at my house It will have a C.O.D sticker on it and I'll be paying brokerage fees as well as duties.
