Was looking for a fast car with enough space for 5 people. So e60 m5 vs e90 bmw m3 sedan?

Both eat rod bearings and go fast. Size and options make the difference here. You'll probably want a 6MT or DCT (M3) car, the M5's SMG is kind of unwieldy and unreliable outside the track.

Obviously, get a PPI, and also state your budget.

5 people will be a lot more comfortable in an E60M5. I bought an E90M3 because I think it's more reliable and cheaper to maintain.
