Hi all... Happy New Year!
I am new to this forum and would greatly appreciate input. Previously owned 2008 N54 Convertible until 2011... Was sorry to see it go.
Recently(2 weeks ago) bought a weekend toy 2013 135 I N55 E88 DCT with low miles...
I would like to get as much reliable and usable power from this little beast. (For me one of the Best and Most Fun BMW's ever built).
Research:
1. Dinan- Nice performance packages- Cost almost 50% of what I paid for the car on a full Install for Stage 3 package (Too Much money for gains in my opinion).
2. COBB- Does not have a E88 Tune product for 2013 E88 DCT.
3. JB4- Complicated Piggy back-specially when bringing for service/warranty (vehicle still has 1 year and 24K miles)
4. Active AW- In my area SFL but heard conflicting comments about service and quality.
If possible would like to be at or about or above 400 HP-400 TQ... Budget up to $5K (Inter-cooler, Charge Pipes, Exhaust and Tune etc)
Any and all your recommendations will be taken under advisement and would be much obliged for your help.
Again Happy and Healthy New Year To All!

Happy New Year to you as well! The N55 is a bit harder to tune that it's predecessor (I still have my 08' 135i), the N54. Intake and exhaust are obvious choices, check aFe and ST suspension to save some money; both budget brands but still a great product IMO. In all honesty, I would hold off until your warranty expires and get the JB4 - from what I've heard it's a great setup with a lot of options. Just my 2 cents. Best of luck!
