Is this 3.0 csl/e46 restomod car real of photoshopped?

I've been searching trying to see if this was a real car or just good photoshop. Does anyone recognize it? I tried to figure out the license plate dealer...maybe the Nuccio Autogroup logo?

Never seen that before, but thats just a modified e24 (6 series). Apart from the slight touches, there is nothing 3.0csl/e46 about it.

I think he was referring to the E46 M3 mirrors, and front fender side vents. Those are E46 parts.
