    Light issue

    Hey Guys,

So i've got 2008 E92, and recently i've changed stocked lights to XENON HID ANGEL EYE kit, and the problem i've got is whenever you just start the car, the lightning is all blue and nice, but after 5/10 seconds it becomes more yellow, and is not as bright as it was before. Does anyone know what the issue could be?
    Thanks.

I believe this has to do with the xenon series (5000, 7000, etc...if I remember correctly ) - each one emits a different color hue depending on the intensity.

HID capsules have a "warm up" time when they come up to their full stable intensity. It looks a bit odd if you are switching from Halogen set up, but it is simply a property of gas that gets lit up in HID bulbs vs a spiral in Halogen bulbs.

As Dmitry pointed out, if you want more blue hue to your lights, you would change your bulbs to higher Kelvin rating, but the more blue your light is, the less lumens the output would be. OE set ups are generally around 4500-6000 Kelvin.

Thank you! That is the exact diagram I remember from way back when.
