Love this build. Mine's alpine white as well. Hopefully one day it'll make nice responsive numbers like that.

Such an awesome power band! I'd love to see how this set-up would be at say 11.5:1 CR and 18psi. My 11.2:1 s52 made more torque earlier and was much more responsive than the stock CR s52 in my Ti with the same mods now, I can only imagine with 100% e85 and your turbo set-up!

Just started to realize there is an abrupt dropoff in power and torque up top of the 610whp dunk run. You can see in the sheet I've posted around 6800-6900 the dip. The logs show no let up on throttle with AFR/IAT/FP also being ok.

Is this a sign my setup could be maxing out? If so, what component?

    I'm running a GT35R, SPA T3, 3" exhaust, 485 FP, 115lb injectors, E85 tune.

From the dyno on the first page it looks like the turbo is out of efficiency range.

Post #17 ? The dyno sheet in my first post #1 seems fine.

Thats what it looks like when a pushrod V8 floats the valves but that doesn't make sense on an S52. I wonder if it was pulling timing.

The dip is probably the operator letting off slightly to not hit the limiter...

If not then it's probably an air flow restriction or timing pull (maybe MAF is maxed out?)

If it was pulling timing i would expect the power curve to not be as smooth, correct?

3" intake and 3" exhaust combined with a t3 gt35r. Your doing well with that combo.
Your at the limit of all if it.

Remember air pump, a 3.5" intake will help greatly, so would a 3.5 exhaust. But I wouldn't expect too much more out of it. That system is designed to be a 500-550 whp solid kit. Your 50+ what most people get out of that system.

I think you are doing great in terms of power and would not worry about the slight drop at the very top of 4th unless your logs show something to worry about like a lean condition. Very good power for a spa with gt35r and 3 inch in/out. The E85 is helping. You are making your goals, so even if the turbo is about done, that is fine. With a 4 inch intake and 3.5 inch exhaust and gt35r, I had almost identical numbers (607/580 DJ SAE) on 93 pump plus meth at 21 psi, and thought the turbo was about done since going to 22 psi added only 2 rwhp.

My first thought as well but after checking my Zeitronix logs, the operator definitely went past 7k as he did w/ the other 2 runs.

Thanks for the encouraging words. I'm definitely happy w/ my current results and not looking for more power. The only ask was for future reference as I will have a fully built motor on hand and plan to use my existing components to see if there is anymore left on the table. It sounds like I'm maxed out and will need at least a 3.5" upgrade (intake/exhaust) to benefit from boost increase.

Just followed on IG. Is that a crank case pressure gauge I see in there? Clean engine compartment, love it.

Thanks for tbhe compliment, I think you maybe referring to the mechanical gauge mounted in the FPR. I don't have a CC psi gauge.

Sup man! _m3gusta from IG here.

Super huge fan of your build. I'm glad you're posting on BFC so we can get some more information. Like someone else said I kind of had the same build planned out but your results pushed me over the edge some time last year. Still collecting all the parts but I can't wait to get the build started.

We're local too - we should hook up sometime. Maybe show up to a car meet with a combined 1300WHP

Definitely, hope to make it out sometime.

Stock fuel lines but different Fuel pump, injectors, FPR, and Rally Road rail and Racetronix fuel pump harness. I may upgrade the lines one day but so far stock has been fine.

The car probably is pulling timing at those RPMS on a T3 manifold. What AR is the exhaust housing? You should be able to hit 650hp on that compressor. Also E85 uses more fuel Than pump gas which equates to more exhaust volume from the engine. A bigger turbine is normally better if you're not on pump gas. That's part of the reason why the torque hits so soon on E85. It's not all timing, otherwise race gas would have the same effect. (It doesnt)

What's up Dean. I just picked up Rod's Turbo M3. I see you guys are from the same area. I'll give you a follow in IG and hoping we can keep on touch on BFC.

LOVING the car so far. Very cleanly built.

    650whp? I believe it's a 0.82 housing on my GT35R.

Nice! Yes, you got a good one...not many around anymore that clean with a well thought-out turbo setup.

Eric (Litemup) made 800 on a t3 spa .81 AR with one of the best graphs I have ever seen.

I believe mcoupemindy did the same. I don't think the housing is holding you back. Turbo is done. He happy with your accomplishments.

Definitely happy with the current setup, just planning for the future. I have a built motor on hand which i was planning to transfer over the same components to see what more boost (18-xx) would bring. If the GT35R has reached it's limit, i may opt for the next model up (same housing, same mani) as I don't want to redo the hotside work just yet.

Appreciate it, hopefully the built motor goes just as smooth.

Looking for a Racelogic traction control now...anyone have one?
