dashboard 2 types?

I have source some crackfree dash
can somebody can confirm that there were 2 types
1 type to 1982
2 type from 1982 to 1989

Yes; 2 types but the main difference is in the defrost ducting that can be transferred from one to the other and the other difference is the early dash had provisions to hold the lighting for the instrument cluster. this can be accommodated by other means as it was a simple bracket that just positioned the lights in the harness.

I would be interested in the other dash you are not using if it is available.
