Got this 02 4.6is a while back, no CE light, tons of maintenance. But it just got a tear in a coolant hose last week. And after I fixed it the CE light was on. I drove it to a local autopart store and used their code scanner and came up with this.

I might have seen the 1354 wrong, but I don't think so. The other 3 make sense, since they are all on the same bank and they all mean misfire with fuel cutoff. But 1354 is on the other bank and is just for a misfire, doesn't mention fuel shut off. Today I went to drive it and after a few blocks it became undrive-able and constantly misfiring at idle.
Where as last week it drove great before the coolant leak. Then after the fix it drove fine, some small misfires, but went to the autopart store and back fine. Then today left the house and it ran ok, little misfires, then hit the main road and massive misfires and had to pull off into a parking lot and it won't even idle if I don't give it gas. It went down hill so fast and out of no where. And 4 cylinders misfiring seems weird since each plug has it's own coil. Anyone got an idea here?
Ignition Coils or Camshaft Position Sensors been replaced?
