Exhaust pipe issue

Hey guys, recently Ive got my cat changed to new one which was a little short so the mechanics welded few cms and now my exhaust pipe is rattling/knocking, went back to them so they can fix it for me, which they didnt do too much only gave it like 1cm so its bearable but still does it, depends on the speed, what do you think is the cheapest solution? thanks a lot.

Give them one more try to fix it and if it still hits take it to someone else....it's clear the exhaust indent is not centered to the frame brace
