I would do a coolant flush and check it again after driving it a bit. Check the oil as well.

Hard to tell exactly, but it looks like oil.
Suspension: Bilstein Sports, GC Coilover conversion, IE Subframe Bushings, IE RTABs, M roadster sways, M roadster front control arms, M roadster Front calipers/hubs.
Engine/Driveline: M54B30 intake Manifold, Dinan CAI, ZHP Cams, Headers, Underdrive pulleys, Conforti Software, 3.46 diff.
Has the engine been overheated recently?
You may have a leaking head gasket which is allowing oil to get into your water -and water to get into your engine oil through the water passages between the block and the head. If your oil has water in it the water will create a foamy sludge under operation. If you see any evidence of this, get the vehicle in for repairs immediately. That water in your oil is going through all your engine bearings. You can stand a little for a short period and recover with no damage. Drive it that way for a month and with enough water, you can be looking at an engine overhaul or replacement.

Looks like you have Corrosion, pitting & problem with electrolysis. I bet your coolant hasn't been changed in years...
IMO Flush it with "Kool it" part# 96001. then fill it with NAP free OAT coolant with distilled H20.

Lol OAT, it's HOAT. Now people want to put G12 in their cars.
G05
BMW Blue, Mercedes, Volvo Blue
G48
Or green stuff
NAP does nothing bad if you use distilled. This isn't crappy German tap that makes Flint Michigan look like holy water.
