E92 vs e60 reliability

So my e39 is done and it's time for a new car :/ mostly looking for e60 528xi lci and e92 328xi coupe both with around 80k miles. Planning on keeping the car for a while so wondering which will last me longer and not give me headaches when it reaches 100k. Thanks in advance

Same engine, e92 has less luxury features to break but mechanically they should be the same

BimmerBreaker is absolutely correct. It all depends what you're looking for. From my experience, the 528 feels a bit sluggish with the 3.0 NA engine. If you're going for comfort and room, go with the 5-series; if you want a bit or sportiness and less room; the 3-series is the way to go. Hope this helps.
