Been struggling with this since I finished my 66 Mustang last year. Now with the M3 I am looking for some more spirited driving roads that I can carve through in he early hours of the morning. Currently I am just in the back roads of the Snohomish area but looking for some much longer drives in less populated areas.
Thinking the canyons of cali here.
Thanks

How far are you willing to travel?

Hold on, saw this in a cartoon once...think I can pull it off.
Chuckanut Drive. Depending on time of day, results my vary.
Most scenic roads suck on weekends. If Whatcom is an option, Mt. Baker Hwy (route 542), the approach up the mountain at Silver Fir Campground is one of my favourites. Weekdays are best.

Also in Whatcom is the South Pass Rd. (between the Goodwin & Frost roads) and the North Pass Rd. The N. Pass is shorter but with a hairpin curve.

Some of my favorites close around here (can you tell I live on the east side? lol):
Ben Howard Road
Highbridge Road
West Snoqualmie Valley Road
Ames Lake Road
Tolt Hill Road
Issaquah Fall City Road (east from Duthie Hill MTB park all the way to Fall City...comes out next to Fall City Elementary)
East/West Mercer Way (Mercer Island...lots of bikes and strict cops though...so this is a more leisurely 30MPH drive through the twisties on the east side of the island)
Chuckanut is ok, but the odds of getting a clean run are very low.

Chuckanut has been more enforced recently. The only time I'll drive it is after 1am these days.
