Certified Pre-Owned vehicle in an accident

Hi Guys,

I am new to this forum, and to the Bimmer community. I recently purchased a 2013 certified pre-owned BMW 335i with low miles and a clean carfax. However, when I checked the autocheck report for this vehicle, it says the car was "involved in a minor accident or vehicle damage reported". I wasn't informed by the dealer that this car was involved in an accident. Is there anything that I can do now? I am worried about how this accident/damage will affect the car's resale value. I will appreciate if you guys can provide inputs.

Probably not many options... sorry to say but should have checked it beforehand.
