Hi Folks!
I'm new on here and apologize if this questions Aja's already been answered -- couldn't find it.
I'm moving from California to Pennsylvania -- a long ride. I want to toe a Mercedes c250 (curb weight 3583 pounds) on a car carrier with my 2016 328i. Is it possible ? What hitches should I consider ?
Have never done it -- any advice or info would be much appreciated
I hope this is a joke.
No, you cant tow a car with your car.

IIRC BMW gives the F30 328i a tow rating of 2,500 lbs... check your owners manual.
Youd need at least 5000 lb towing capacity to tow that much (a decent auto trailer is at least 1000lbs in itself). Id never consider towing anywhere close to that with a turbocharged gasoline 4 cylinder...

I would think twice about towing that with my Tacoma.
Trust me it would be cheaper in the long run driving them there 1 by 1 than towing the other with your 328i.

Rent a uhaul and trailer, park one inside and tow the other on Trailor... That works, just got to find one u can drive the "smaller" car up in... Not worth risk of towing a Benz with. BM or vice versa
