    Jaguar+Land Rover buying BMW V8s

    Just read an article in Automobile magazine that Jaguar and Land Rover will be buying 4 liter dual turbo V8s from BMW for their upper end vehicles.

    Interesting... I wonder if this stems back from when BMW used to own Land Rover.
    Let me get this straight... You are swapping out parts designed by hundreds of engineers that get paid thousands of dollars for something you bought at Pep Boys because your buddy who doesn't have a job told you it was 'better'?!?

    I think it's because LR+Jag know that modern engine research and design cost big £. Besides, M is the most powerful letter in the alphabet.
