I bought a set from umnitza last year and before I ever even used my zkw's one of the lenses cracked, and had a small crack on the top when they shipped them. They offered ZERO assistance in helping me find a new replacement lense. Would never, ever give them my business again. Buyer beware.

Back when I had angel eyes on my 318is, they replaced a burnt out tube with hardly any effort, more than a year after I bought them. Results may vary...

I'm surprised you didn't get an RMA, or was there no more stock left and you wanted a replacement?

Maybe next time inspect them when they arrive.

I don't know of any Fed-Ex, UPS drivers willing to wait, while you unpack & carefully inspect items for defects.
