New to BMW and E39's

Hello everyone,

I'm pretty excited to be getting my first BMW, I've been wanting an E39 for a long time now. I'm pretty good at keeping old cars on the road (Range Rover P38 and Mercedes 560SEL), so the BMW doesn't scare me (too much). I was wondering if all Touring models have the airbag rear suspension? or do some also have springs?

Is there a resource I can read to find out more about the car in general?
