These people are dishonest.
You can tell when an organization has happy enthusiastic people working, their voices on the phone tell all.
After I call the same day I place an order, they assured me it would ship per their policy same day before 1PM, next day otherwise.
Here it is a week later, they've emailed me and called and left message saying it would ship that day. That was Thursday.
A week later, today is Monday, I have no tracking number, as, you've guessed it, it has not shipped.
Lie to me twice, I'll never do business with you again.
Don't be fooled by their low prices and shipping. Check the YELP reviews, tell tail 5 or 1 star reviews and many ratings in between.
Loads of 5 star ratings with loads of 1 star usually mean a fair amount of the 5 stars are fake.
Wish I would checked Yelp to start with.
This place is to be avoided!!!

Like I said, don't normally dish vendors, but they were shipping genuine BMW
parts to me in this case and "forgot" to order part of the order. They gave the impression
they were in stock and ready to ship. This was after a phone call, three calls with extra long hold wait times, after two emails, after me putting ship ASAP in the order instructions, etc. After reading reviews on Yelp, this seems to happen with regularity.
Anyway, done with them, lots of other choices.
