TRX 240/45 source?

Greetings E24 community -

I am looking for a pair of michelin trx 240/45 vr 415 tires for my m635csi. The pair i have are several years old, even though barely used.
This size is the og. size for the front set of the car.
(yes, i know they are not considered good tires by most, thank you, and that i should upgrade to non-metric, thank you!)
it seems coker still offers the rear tires (280/45) with the early "v" tread, but has discontinued the front, only offering 240/55 with the later "non-v" tread pattern, which they call "GT".

Any other crazy TRX folk out there with info on whether these are still being made somewhere?
