I brought my 2012 335is in for a rough idle and wanting to stall during idle for the FIRST TIME, and they handed me the car back with the "Service Engine Soon" light off saying that its an O2 sensor went bad. I believed they have fixed it but right on that night the same problem occurred again. So I thought "maybe they are in a rush or something and just bring in back, no hard feelings". A week later when I have time, I brought it in again SECOND TIME to tell them the repeated situations. That same day, I got my car back saying they replaced the Fuel Injectors, and now 2 weeks later, the problem started again!! Like WTF?? My car is on CPO Warranty so is that the reason that they are B/Sing me?? Did they even fix the problem or replaced the parts at all?? Wow... I'm bringing back in the THIRD TIME soon... if they don't take time to fix it still, I guess I'm calling BMW North America. Very bad experience...
Not sticking up for them, but sometimes a SES light could be triggered by a few different bad components, so after replacing one and resetting SES light the light could come back on later. Just went through this with my 04 X3. Frustrating, but time consuming.
