Rough idle cold start only ?

Hello my car has a rough idle the first 30 seconds after the cold start up. I start the car and the revs go to 1200 rpms and the engine shakes first 30 seconds when the engine slow down till it stabilizes at the normal 600-700 rpms then all is good ! Please help me resolve this issue. I changed spark plugs and air filters recently and problem still here. Then only code ista/d is giving is 002B63 dme camshaft exhaust sensor. Is there a connection ?

how many miles you have on your car? could be vanos solenoid.

VANOS solenoid is more of a hunting idle - up and down, up and down. Engine shaking and high rev without hunting suggests vacuum leak, no?

BUT.... based on the code - yes that there could be a connection. If the DME can't tell the position of the camshaft, it's very hard to manage the engine. Did you try clearing the code and see if it comes back. If so, then that's likely where you should start your investigations. Remember that the code doesn't always indicate that that is the part that is bad.
