After a warm day, my driveway was covered by multiple splats (mover than 30 quarter sized splats) of something that looks like oil ......

My 2004 X3 is pooping on my driveway!

I checked my oil and coolant and levels were ok.

Other possibilities?

How can I share pic of splats?

Need to first figure out what type of fluid it is.

More than likely, it is your leaking valve cover gasket and oil filter housing gasket, but can also be any driveline fluid. It would help to know where the drips were in relation to the vehicle, but the underbody shield is great at deflecting.

And you wouldn't notice those splat volume drop on the dipstick.
