Not a CSL, so the value is severely diminished vs. what a CSL would fetch.
Ad isn't loading for me but if the only modification is a later engine swap that may not be too detrimental to the value. I'd expect $100K at least for this car. Wish I knew it was there as I was up at Barret Jackson a few days ago and would have loved to stop by and see this car in person. I'll have to go to check out this auction next year, I think they have more imports.
Later year CSL "Batmobiles" sell for $200K+ in concourse condition FWIW.
edit: got the link to work, sold for $126K which for this model represents essentially 100% of "original" value (reading the ad, it also comes with the original drivetrain, so this should be no surprise). Excellent is $117K, Concourse is $148K.
These are, at least right now, some of the most collectible BMWs out there
