I haven't used it and probably would but you want a comment so I'll put one out there and maybe it will get you more. The inner profile is a cylinder. It was some Bosch study that I read that said square inner profiles are less prone to pulsation. Most aftermarket rails I see have a round inner profile so take it with a grain of salt.

Spent some time trying to fit my turbo.

It's gonna fit but it'll be damn tight. I ground some of the rib off and my flap wheel crapped out so I'll be back at it tomorrow. But that rib will have to be ground flush and it'll fit with <1mm clearance between the block.

I used a China rail but had to mod a little. It came with 8an ORB fittings that I changed to 6an and also bought viton orings of the CORRECT size because they supplied ones that were totally wrong. I used an 8an ORB/90 degree elbow to 6an fitting on the rear to clear the firewall etc otherwise there was no hope in the e30. It also needed me to make mounting clips. Otherwise it was a nice bit of kit.

It's a open 0.88 turbine housing. Much smaller physically than the 1.22 I had on the 256. It is a s366sxe.

You sure? IIRC all e36 have a jet pump. The OBDI cars just had one that was better than OBDII. From what I remember, the OBDI jet pump pushed the fuel back up and out of the unit on the drivers side and had a hose external to the tank to move fuel over to the passenger side. OBDII on the other hand also has a jet pump, but it transfers fuel over to the passenger side using a hose internal to the tank.

The above link supports what I'm talking about. The link is for OBDII and has part number for the applicable parts, but then also shows the OBDII parts

I had to grind that rib and file the housing a little to get the 64mm Comp to fit.

No. Much different. More like a clutchmasters fx725. Older model I think.

Its a twindisk made by comp BUT its some crazy triple puck clutches. Its gonna be hilariously hard to drive i would guess.

Nothing like a twindisk with fullface clutches like modern comp and all CM.

Its a 7.25 twin disc similar to the Tilton and Quartermaster which are kind of a standard modular format for circle track, road race, rally, and some street applications

Yea but it sounds like the discs are 3 pucks, which is probably going to make it incredibly grabby.

Id run it if you already have it tho

I think I would call tilton or comp and see if there is a more streetable disk option to put in it. The discs are super cheap

Yup. I replaced mine after accidentally glazing them for under $200.

I love that my quartmaster & other twin discs are modular.

A multi plate triple disc would be fun, I have a single plate ceramic 3 puck unsprung with an aluminum flywheel, I actually enjoy it.
