    Plasti dip and exhaust tips

Hey again everyone. I was wondering if i should plasti dip my car? I tried wrapping it but since the paint is in rough shape it leaves bumps visible on vinyl. Would the bumps not be visible with plasti dip? Also has abyone even dipped their car outside? And my exhaust tips are rusty and was wondering if there is a way to clean them. They are not soo rusty they are falling apart but they are just ugly. Cant take em off because they are welded.

Wrap or dip: either requires proper surface prep before application or they will look like someone tried to polish a turd.

Are the tips tack welded on. If so: they should be easy to remove and replace. Make sure you replace them with stainless tips and not chrome plated steel. You can try steel wool to remove the rust.
