Bumper eye bolts

Can anyone tell me were I may find or what size eye bolts fit into the front bumper slot of my 2001 5 series , I put my kayak on my racks and it would b great to tie off on something . Any dyi bolts ?
Also , how much work is it to replace my headlights ? . TIA

Just buy a BMW tow hook online if your tool kit doesn't have one (or if you're looking for a 2nd).

There should be one in the tool kit in your trunk... if not, I recommend a junkyard...

That thing that's on the inside of the trunk like the actual trunk part that opens was empty wend I bought the car ,

You should get the tow hook, you'll need it some day and the last thing you want is a two-truck driver grabbing the control arms to pull your vehicle up on the flat bed.
