Buying a used e90 330i

Hey everyone!, how's it going?
I've been looking to get a 2006 330i, prices are around $9-14k used.
I saw one in particular that seems to be in really good shape, but has 130k miles. do you guys think is too much? (price is $10k)
i heard the 330 is pretty "reliable". and i checked the carfax there's a nice record of plenty of oil changes and good maintenance.
so just wanted to get some opinions, the only bad thing is that the tires need to be changed soon. But anyway I'd get it inspected by a mechanic before anything.
i also heard that the water pump randomly fails on these ones, but is there anything else i just be expecting with high mileage?
should i go for it?
