Those Lexus cars are extremely heavy and geared poorly. Lexus doesn't build performance cars, even in "F sport" guise they are nothing special. The IS 350 F Sport does not do 0-60 in 3 seconds. For the record, the Ferrari 458 and '11 Porsche GT3 have 3 second 0-60 times... and the Lexus LF-A; the Lexus SUPERCAR, does 0-60 in 3.5 seconds. Completely absurd statement that he thinks his Lexus is a 3 second 0-60. His car is over 5 seconds to 60, about 5.4 from most places I'm reading, and your car is ~5 seconds completely stock.

Just because it's a newer car doesn't mean it has to be faster... Lexus made one performance car, the LF-A, everything else is just marketing.

And no, both of those cars don't have V6's
Nor are they targeted at the same market
One is a luxury car designed to be sporty and one is a sports car... just because the 135i is from a premium brand doesn't mean its a luxury car. I own a 128i and it's definitely not "luxury"

Me too. I guess someone swapped a different motor in my 530i as I don't see the three spark plugs on the driver side. I should sign up and take more Bf.c classes to learn more stuff.
